RETURN OR EXCHANGE ITEMS
For the wellbeing and protection of our valued customers and staff, we have a STRICT NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY ON ALL SOLD ITEMS. We bear no liability for any items ordered incorrectly and cannot provide any form of returns or exchanges. As we are not the makers or manufacturers of any items, we can only guarantee that every item sold is in excellent condition with a suitable expiry date. Should you encounter any issues with the items, we kindly suggest reaching out directly to the manufacturer. Given the specific nature of the items we sell, ALL PURCHASES ARE CONCLUSIVE AND WE CANNOT ISSUE REFUNDS UNDER ANY CONDITIONS.
REFUNDS DUE TO SHIPPING DELAY
At Snack Rack City, we are unable to guarantee specific delivery times due to any unforeseen complications that might occur with the shipping carriers. As a result, we are unable to provide refunds for delayed shipments.
We take extra measures to ensure that all items are appropriately packed and in pristine condition before being prepared for shipment. ONCE THE ITEMS HAVE BEEN SHIPPED, ANY DAMAGE TO THE PACKAGE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO OPENED OR MELTED CANDY, ERRONEOUS DELIVERY ADDRESS, OR DISCREPANCIES IN DELIVERY STATUS IF THE ITEM IS MARKED AS "DELIVERED" BUT YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR PACKAGE, ETC. FALLS UNDER THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE SHIPPING CARRIER.
INNCORRECT ADDRESS
During the order creation process, our shipping carriers possess the capability to identify incorrect addresses. In such instances, we will reach out to you either through email or phone to address the issue. If we do not get a response from you within 48 hours of our attempt to contact, your order will be cancelled. Please note, in this situation, a restocking fee of 15% will be levied, which will be deducted from the refundable amount. This restocking fee is the responsibility of the customer.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS
If you wish to change the address please contact us via email as soon as possible before your package is shipped. Once the order has been shipped please keep in mind that we can not change the address or reroute the package.
HANDLING TIMES
Once your order is placed, it will be processed, packed, and shipped within 3-5 business days, according to the volume of orders we are handling.
